Joseph Tanner has been my landlord for four years. I have had nothing but a good experience with him. He is quick to fix things, replace things, and always has the tenants best interest at heart. Over the years Joe and I have established a friendship which is rare these days. He is a complete blessing in my life as I went through some medical issues and he was very supportive and understanding.
When I first moved in here I had an issue with the washer - it was not working right my clothes stayed wet and they were stinky. He went above and beyond and had construction done in the condo to put in and install a brand new stackable washer and dryer to make me happy.
There's not many people left in this world like Joe and if you at all are thinking about renting from him you will not be disappointed. You will gain the most amazing landlord and also a friend who cares.
