   The difference between mine and theirs….

  • My name, my full name, is on every rental I own and manage.  That means my reputation rests on the quality of every square inch of that property and it also rests on every tenant’s satisfaction.

  • I promise ‘Best Rental Value’ in the business.  What does this mean to you?  It means I strategically price my monthly rentals under market value.  I do this for good reason.  By keeping good tenants longer and happier, my time is freed up to maintain and grow my business.  It’s a simple philosophy I learned from 32 years in the automotive business:  “Take care of those who take care of you.”

  • My tenants can (and do) reach out to me 24/7.  This means that if there’s a need or concern you immediately have contact with the actual owner, not a property management company that takes the evenings and weekends off and that treats you like a number, not a person.

  • I make it easy to pay your rent on-line.  With Chase Quick Pay or Numerica Credit Union On-Line (for the East Side) it’s simple to pay your rent sitting at your computer or on your mobile device.  I’m always happy to help get anyone set up. 

  • I don’t believe in exorbitant late fees.  Most property management companies charge 10% of monthly rent for a late fee.  10%?  That can be anywhere between $75.00 and $190.00 or more depending on the property!  Why?  Stuff happens in life and sometimes you need a little more time to pay.  That’s why I only charge a $25.00 late fee and $5.00 per day, only AFTER the grace period.
